This page explains how to request a refund for "Slideshow Maker" (the "Apps") provided by CloudEx Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). If you have any question about a refund or a cancellation, please contact us directly using the address below — you do not need to go through anyone else first.

We respond to support enquiries within 3 business days, and within 24 hours for issues identified as urgent.
Purchases made through Google Play (Android)
- Email us at the address above within 8 days of your first purchase of the App.
- Please send your message from the Gmail address linked to the Google account you used to make the purchase. That address alone lets us locate your order — you do not need to find or send an order number.
- Once we have located the purchase, we issue the refund from our side. Depending on your payment method it can take a few business days for the amount to appear on your statement, and Google will send you a separate confirmation email.
If the address you write from is not the one used for the purchase, please reply with the email address of the Google account used to make the purchase. Without it we cannot identify your purchase and cannot proceed.
Within 48 hours of purchase, Google's own refund request form is usually faster than contacting us, so you may prefer to use it. After that window it is no longer available, and we handle the refund directly.
Subscriptions
This app is a one-time purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel and you will not be billed again.
Which purchases this covers
This policy covers purchases of this app made through Google Play. Purchases made through any other channel are not covered.
If you have previously received a refund for this app, any subsequent repurchase is not eligible for a refund.
